The machine is fitted with a 5” LCD display with perspiration-resistant keys and provides feedback on the most important workout statistics. There is a great selection of 15 training programmes letting you vary sessions, including manual, user-defined, heart rate control (HRC) and 12 pre-set ones. The cross trainer has hand pulse sensors, and also a wireless receiver which you can pair with a chest strap (not included) to keep track of your heart rate more accurately and perform the HRC workout.
