The steel composite hub fortifies the structural integrity of the plates. The rim of the plate is surrounded by high quality rubber ensuring the functionality and floor protection expected from a bumper plate. Cast aluminum training plates are available in 5 LBS and 10 LBS increments measuring the same standard diameter as the 25, 35 and 45 lbs plates.
