Shipping policy

FROGSHOP prides itself on fast and efficient lead times based from its network of suppliers.. Orders will usually ship within 3 business days once an order is placed. Tracking will become available and emailed to you once the item ships from the selected supplier. Customers can expect general lead times of receiving product within 7-10 business days.

 

Methods of Shipping

Purchases shipping ground will be delivered to the customer’s front door unless otherwise specified. PO boxes will not be able to receive shipments.

Purchases shipping freight will require an appointment set up by the carrier 24-48 hours prior to delivery and will include lift gate services to place shipped items to your curb side.

We use the following carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and LTL/Freight companies Estes, RoadRunner, ABF Freight, and many others (depending on the supplier).
