Powerline PPR500 Half Rack Extension

The PPR500EXT Power Rack Extension is an optional attachment for the PPR500 Half Rack. The extension expands the back of the rack creating an ideal spot for weight horns (PPRWH), u-links (PPRUL) or any number of several attachments. The PPR500EXT rack extension also makes it easier for spotter access and opens up new workout options and possibilities.

POWERLINE BY BODY-SOLID WARRANTY

This Warranty applies only in the United States to products manufactured or distributed by PowerLine under the PowerLine brand name. The warranty period to the original purchaser is:

  • Ten (10) years on the frame
  • One (1) year on all parts

PowerLine warrants that the Product you have purchased for non-commercial, personal, family, or household use from PowerLine or from an authorized Power-Line reseller is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, is your proof of the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product from you. It excludes paint and finish. This Warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is assembled / installed according to the instructions / directions included with the Product.

During the warranty period Power-Line will at no additional charge, repair or replace (at PowerLine's option) the Product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this Warranty under normal non-commercial, personal, family, or household use. In repairing the product Power-Line may replace defective parts or, at the option of Power-Line, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and Products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Power-Linc.Power-Line reserves the right to change manufacturers of any part to cover any existing warranty.

To obtain warranty service, you must return the Product to Power-Line in its original container (or equivalent). You must pre-pay any shipping charges, export taxes, customs duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the Product. In addition, you are responsible for insuring any Product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment. You must present Power-Line with proof-of- purchase documents (including the date of purchase).


FROGSHOP prides itself on fast and efficient lead times based from its network of suppliers.. Orders will usually ship within 3 business days once an order is placed. Tracking will become available and emailed to you once the item ships from the selected supplier. Customers can expect general lead times of receiving product within 7 business days.

Methods of Shipping

Purchases shipping ground will be delivered to the customer’s front door unless otherwise specified. PO boxes will not be able to receive shipments.

Purchases shipping freight will require an appointment set up by the carrier 24-48 hours prior to delivery and will include lift gate services to drop ship items to your curb side.

We use the following carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and LTL/Freight companies T-Force Freight, RoadRunner, ABF Freight, and many others (depending on the supplier).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@frogshopfitness.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: We sell items through multiple suppliers and depending on the brand, they may deny providing return labels. In this case, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs of your return.

IMPORTANTFor Body-Solid and its sub-brands, returns are not accepted if the box was opened upon delivery or if the item is used. Returns are only accepted if the item was shipped defective or if the box was unopened upon delivery. No exceptions. 

Before returning a product you must call Body-Solid at 1-800-556-3113 to obtain a
Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without the Return Authorization Number. Original purchaser must pre-pay all freight charges on warranty claims.


Body-Solid will not accept Freight Collect shipments or return shipments on a freight collect basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like LTL-shipped machines (i.e. items weighing 150 lbs. or more, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT offer exchanges of any kind. If you buy it and assemble it (i.e. machines), it is yours to keep. We ask that you please do not purchase any machines without consulting a sales rep from our store. They will be able to help guide your decision making and answer any questions regarding specs, warranty, return policy, etc.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
