3.0 Tournament Pickleball Net System
The 3.0 Tournament Net System is a high-quality, portable net system with a winning design and structure. Made by Pickleball Inc., this system provides ultimate stability as well as boasting a sleek appearance. The durable, mint green poles are created from powder-coated steel which is lightweight and easily portable. Each part is numbered which makes it easy to set the system up and usually takes under eight minutes to assemble.
The net system is comprised of black mesh netting, as well as white vinyl net bindings along the edges and down the middle of the net. The center rod keeps the net from sagging in the middle. Along either side of the net, the manufacturer has branded the product with "Pickle-Ball" in green lettering. The 3.0 Tournament Net System also has an included carrying bag to aid with easy transportation.
This system is different than the other portable net systems due to the structure of the base poles as well as the tension system. The 3.0 Tournament Net System has wide, bent legs which extend out farther than other systems. This provides a bit more stability and helps in particularly windy locations. This net system also has a buckle on either side of the top of the net to adjust the net’s tension.
This net system measures 22 feet long and has a height of 36 inches on the edges and 34 inches at the center. Weight is 24 lbs.

Warranty Information: This net system frame is covered against manufacturer defects for a period of 60 days from date of purchase. Warranty is on frame only and does not cover damage from misuse or exposure to weather.
WARNING: Portable Net Systems are designed to be used for either indoor or outdoor use. However, please do not leave this product outside for extended periods. We suggest that you store your system indoors and not expose to wet or extreme outside elements. Although most Portable Net Systems are rust resistant, they are not rust proof. Our manufacturers cannot warranty products that are left outside for extended periods.

Tracking will become available and emailed to you once the item ships from the selected supplier. Customers can expect general lead times of receiving product within 7 business days.
Methods of Shipping
Purchases shipping ground will be delivered to the customer’s front door unless otherwise specified. PO boxes will not be able to receive shipments.
Purchases shipping freight will require an appointment set up by the carrier 24-48 hours prior to delivery and will include lift gate services to drop ship items to your curb side.
We use the following carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and LTL/Freight companies T-Force Freight, RoadRunner, ABF Freight, and many others (depending on the supplier).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@frogshopfitness.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: We sell items through multiple suppliers and depending on the brand, they may deny providing return labels. In this case, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs of your return.
IMPORTANT: For Body-Solid and its sub-brands, returns are not accepted if the box was opened upon delivery or if the item is used. Returns are only accepted if the item was shipped defective or if the box was unopened upon delivery. No exceptions.
Before returning a product you must call Body-Solid at 1-800-556-3113 to obtain a
Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without the Return Authorization Number. Original purchaser must pre-pay all freight charges on warranty claims.
Body-Solid will not accept Freight Collect shipments or return shipments on a freight collect basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like LTL-shipped machines (i.e. items weighing 150 lbs. or more, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT offer exchanges of any kind. If you buy it and assemble it (i.e. machines), it is yours to keep. We ask that you please do not purchase any machines without consulting a sales rep from our store. They will be able to help guide your decision making and answer any questions regarding specs, warranty, return policy, etc.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
