Swinger Wood Pickleball Paddle

The Swinger Wood Pickleball Paddle is an extremely sturdy and well-priced, albeit very heavy, wood paddle. Crafted from a resilient, five-ply hardwood, this paddle is sure to last throughout countless games. Many YMCAs, schools, recreation centers and other groups purchase this paddle for beginners and to use for loaner paddles. However, its heavy weight makes it best for adults. The face of the paddle is embellished with a visually-interesting, grid-like pattern. This paddle has a white rope wrist strap, which aims to keep the paddle in the player’s hand and off the ground. The handle itself is wrapped with a black grip. The handle overlaps the end of the paddle’s face, creating a small ridge on either side of the paddle.

The Swinger paddle weighs a hefty 11.4 to 13.1 ounces, with an average weight of 12.1 ounces. This paddle has a small grip size which can easily be built up to make it larger. The paddle’s handle is 4-1/2” long, and the overall length of the paddle is 15-3/4”. This paddle has a wide face, measuring 8” wide.

The Swinger Wood paddle is a terrific and nearly-indestructible paddle.

Methods of Shipping

Purchases shipping ground will be delivered to the customer’s front door unless otherwise specified. PO boxes will not be able to receive shipments.

Purchases shipping freight will require an appointment set up by the carrier 24-48 hours prior to delivery and will include lift gate services to drop ship items to your curb side.

We use the following carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and LTL/Freight companies T-Force Freight, RoadRunner, ABF Freight, and many others (depending on the supplier).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@frogshopfitness.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: We sell items through multiple suppliers and depending on the brand, they may deny providing return labels. In this case, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs of your return.

IMPORTANT: For Body-Solid and its sub-brands, returns are not accepted if the box was opened upon delivery or if the item is used. Returns are only accepted if the item was shipped defective or if the box was unopened upon delivery. No exceptions. 

Before returning a product you must call Body-Solid at 1-800-556-3113 to obtain a
Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without the Return Authorization Number. Original purchaser must pre-pay all freight charges on warranty claims.

Body-Solid will not accept Freight Collect shipments or return shipments on a freight collect basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like LTL-shipped machines (i.e. items weighing 150 lbs. or more, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT offer exchanges of any kind. If you buy it and assemble it (i.e. machines), it is yours to keep. We ask that you please do not purchase any machines without consulting a sales rep from our store. They will be able to help guide your decision making and answer any questions regarding specs, warranty, return policy, etc.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
